During this 5 hour, one-day intensive, introduction to SCOBYSs and diary ferments you will learn how to make yogurt and cheese along with heirloom culture ferments. Many of these ferments to do at home you will need to find an original source in order to replicate them although we will teach you how to grow some from raw cultures.
